John Polito is a Shareholder/Director as well as one of the founders of the firm. His practice is devoted to the defense of medical malpractice claims against physicians and hospitals. Mr. Polito has been the lead trial attorney in excess of seventy-five jury trials. His trial experience has covered almost all of the recognized medical specialties.
Mr. Polito has been a frequent lecturer to medical students and residents on the subject of medical malpractice litigation. In addition he has presented several continuing education programs on the same topics.
Mr. Polito has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2010 and 2011; and has been named to "The Best Lawyers in America" for 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. He further enjoys an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
