Jennifer Becker concentrates her practice in the defense of physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare professionals. Mrs. Becker also handles litigation of personal injury claims and insurance defense. In addition, she has appellate experience including brief writing and oral arguments before state courts of appeal.
Mrs. Becker is a 2003 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is admitted to the Ohio State Bar and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. She graduated in 1998 from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Prior to joining BSMPH, Mrs. Becker served as a judicial staff attorney at the Eighth District Court of Appeals, Ohio. She was also employed by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas as a bailiff and scheduler.
Mrs. Becker was recently recognized by her peers as an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star in the 2012 edition of Ohio Super Lawyers, a distinction that recognizes the top five persent of Ohio lawyers under the age of forty or those in practice for ten years or less.
