Don Richardson is a Shareholder at Bonezzi Switzer Murphy Polito & Hupp. He is an experienced litigator and trial attorney in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Liability, Legal Malpractice, General Negligence and Product Liability. He has experience handling lawsuits from inception to resolution including over a dozen jury trials. He has tried cases in several jurisdictions throughout Northern Ohio. Don has meaningful appellate experience arguing cases before various State Courts of Appeal. Don has authored articles on several litigation topics and has made multiple presentations to Medical, Nursing Home and Insurance Clients. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar and the United States District Court of Ohio, Northern and Southern Districts. He is a 1997 Graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Law and a Graduate of Fels Center of Government at The University of Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Don worked in State and Local government in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
